I had the most horrible experience ordering from DL1961 from London. First of all the quality is average or below average, if you consider the price it is a bit of a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM OUTSIDE THE US. I Ordered 3 pair of jeans of which 2 did not fit (too big), I therefore emailed customer service asking if I could return or at least exchange the two pairs that I could not wear and they informed me all international sales are final. Usually brands allow for at least exchanges especially when items purchased are not on sales (not on sale at all, at 215£ for a pair of jeans) and whatever the silly policy up and coming brands usually are farsighted enough to understand basic concept like wrong sizing and would try not to alienate international customers. WORSE ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER>

The best jeans you can actually buy and it doesn't matter are you a man or woman anyway. Care to prove me otherwise? Please do, but also post some ratings about that matter please. How else we can compete with them? I do need your voice here.
